CrossGlobal Link

Annual Report of Mission Personnel as of December 31, 2009

GUIDELINES FOR COMPLETING

* Deadline: July 31, 2010 *

Each year all CrossGlobal Link member missions submit a report of their personnel during the previous calendar year. These statistics are compiled for a final report that is distributed to the membership. The report gives a broad picture of the make-up of the association, shows trends over time, and is used in the computation of member dues.

Please read the following information carefully.

 Helpful Information upon receiving your Workbook

Definition of categories for the purposes of this report

Missionary -- Categories A-F include personnel with missionary status, that status being determined by your board of directors and defined in your bylaws. Include those on furlough.

Appointees -- Categories B & D are those approved by your agency as of 12/31/09 including those approved in other years who have not yet departed.

Country of service --
*  Please name the specific country where the missionary serves. This information is for CrossGlobal Link internal use only. It does not appear in any publication, nor is it made available to the public. Please do not use generalized terms such as "East Asia" or others, but name the country. If a country does not appear on the drop-down list, contact our office.
*  Missionaries on furlough should be listed under the country where they resided in their last term.
*  In the case of service in multiple countries, please use the country of residence.

*  If unassigned, unknown, undeclared or any other “un” – use “Unassigned.”

North American/Home Staff (Missionary Status)
-- Category F includes missionary status personnel working full-time (as by defined by your office) in the home office and all mission representatives. This includes executives, administrators and office workers in the U.S. and Canada office who have missionary status (see "Missionary" above). Do not add here if already counted in a category above.

National Workers
-- Category H includes workers funded by, but not members of, the mission. They are not included in dues computation.

Income -- Category J is the amount on your most recent audit, from the Statement of Activities/Operations page, Total Revenue. Be sure to record the date of the statement from which this amount is taken. Do NOT enter an amount in both the U.S. and Canada lines if you have included the total amount in either line. For example, if you enter all income on the U.S. line (including funds received in Canada), do not also report funds received in Canada. You do not want to duplicate amounts since future dues are based on this report.
