CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Cancellation prior to Sept. 2, 2009 is granted a refund minus a $75 handling fee. Notification must be made by calling 630-682-9270.
2. No refund after Sept. 2, 2009, but you may designate a substitute from your organization.
3. Sharing of a registration is not permitted.
4. If your hotel reservation has been booked, you are responsible to notify the hotel of your cancellation.
