CrossGlobal Link Membership Procedure

 

1.    Preliminary Application/Information Form and your Statement of Faith are submitted to the CrossGlobal Link office, attention to the Executive Director.


2.    The Executive Director evaluates the materials received to determine if the organization qualifies for eligibility for applicant status in accordance with CrossGlobal Link Standards. If eligibility is established, the Application for Membership is sent.


3.    Once the application and all required documents are received, the Executive Director reviews and evaluates the information. If eligibility for membership is determined, he communicates his recommendation to the Executive Committee of the CrossGlobal Link Board.


4.    The Executive Committee evaluates the applicant’s information and, if appropriate, grants Candidate Status to the applicant organization.


5.    Once Candidate status is obtained, an $850 fee is required in order to continue the process, during which time membership rights are granted.


6.    The full CrossGlobal Link Board and the executive officer of each member agency is notified of the application and asked for input.


7.    When the Candidate Mission satisfactorily meets all association requirements, the Executive Committee shall recommend them to the full Board for acceptance into the association as a member.


8.    If approved, the Candidate Mission is notified of acceptance as a Full Member of CrossGlobal Link.


9.    The new member mission is officially welcomed into CrossGlobal Link at the next CrossGlobal Link Annual Meeting and presented with a Certificate of Membership.
