Transportation
The
Crowne Plaza Chicago O'Hare is less than 3 miles from O'Hare International
Airport. The hotel provides a 24 hour complimentary airport
shuttle to and from O’Hare International Airport 24 hours a day. Crowne
Plaza’s pickup location for domestic travelers in O'Hare is at Door 2
of the Shuttle Bus Center. International travelers please use the
courtesy phones in the baggage area to contact the hotel to schedule a
pick-up.
Registration Fee
Your registration includes attendance at all conference sessions, plus meals and breaks. The fee assumes registrant will be staying at the Venue above for which you must book your own room. If not staying at the Crowne Plaza, there is an additional $25.00 fee.

Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation prior to May 6, 2010 is granted a refund minus a $50 handling fee. Notification must be made by calling 630-682-9270.
2. No refund after May 6, 2010, but you may designate a substitute from your organization.
3. Sharing of a registration is not permitted.
4. If you have booked your hotel reservation, you are responsible to notify the hotel of your cancellation.
